About Us

Meet the Heart Behind Alkemi Functional Wellness

I’m Jacqueline Klotz, AGNP-BC, FMACP, a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in functional medicine. Guided by a passion for root-cause healing, I combine conventional training with evidence-based integrative approaches to help clients optimize their health. My work focuses on balancing hormones, improving gut function, and strengthening immunity through IV hydration therapy, so patients can feel their best.

My own health journey with hormone imbalances, mood changes, and challenges with weight loss led me to discover functional medicine. Experiencing its impact firsthand transformed my life, and I believe it can do the same for you.

At Alkemi Functional Wellness, my mission is to provide personalized, high-touch care that empowers you to take charge of your well-being. I blend clinical expertise with holistic support to go beyond symptom management and address the deeper imbalances that cause them.
